Thomas Grace Business Solutions (TGBS) helps organizations operate with greater clarity, efficiency, and confidence. Led by Principal Consultant Jubin Abraham, TGBS specializes in process optimization, operational strategy, and performance improvement for businesses navigating complex, high-stakes environments.

Our core expertise is in healthcare operations — including DME authorization, home health, and utilization management across multi-payer systems. We are currently leading a large-scale, 22-department process optimization engagement for a regional home care organization, redesigning workflows to eliminate inefficiencies and improve outcomes.

Beyond healthcare, TGBS partners with credit unions and banks through our Operational Health & Turnaround Program, and works with small-to-medium local businesses — retailers, restaurants, salons, and service providers — to bring the same rigor and clarity to their day-to-day operations.
